Sales Tax
Sales tax is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not charged when you provide West Coast Computer with your Tax Exempt Number.

West Coast Computer accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We accept Purchase Orders from Companies that need to be on Open 30 day terms . Fax your PO# to : 310-455-1805 .

At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only.
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from West Coast Computer. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

How to Order:
1) Enter product information
Search or browse for products until you find one you like. Click on the item name or image to go to the product information page. Here, you can choose the quantity and, if relevant, the color, size and other attributes of the product. When you are finished entering, click the "add to cart" button.
2) Review Cart
You are now on the shopping cart page. Here, you can review all the items you have placed in your cart and information about each item. You can make changes to your order, modify the quantity for individual items or remove an item from your cart. If you are ready to checkout, click the "checkout" button.
3) Log in
You are now on the Login page. West Coast Computer uses passwords to provide secure transactions for its customers. If you are a registered customer, enter your email address- and password and click submit. If you are a new customer, please register now. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Sevice at 800-270-9885.
Check out
You are now at the checkout pages. Here, you will be asked to enter your billing information, shipping method and gift information. If you're a registered West Coast Computer customer, some of this information will appear automatically. You can choose to continue shopping by clicking the "continue shopping" button, or finish your checkout by clicking the "checkout" button.
5) Process order
You are now on the order summary page. Here, you can review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. The last step is entering your credit card information and coupon codes. When you are finished, click "place order".
6) Confirm your order
You are now on the order confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number.
Shipping & Returns
West Coast Computer uses UPS, FedEx, or USPS as our standard ground shipping service for delivery within the U.S. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. West Coast Computer strives to offer exceptional customer service. Shipments outside of the continental United States will incur additional shipping charges.
Please note that all order processing and deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. West Coast Computer will always do our best to get your package to you as efficiently as possible. Please note that overnight delivery is not available in some locations.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective please contact us at 800-270-9885, or by e-mail: service@westcoastcomputer.com. We will issue you an RA# to ensure proper credit to your account once the product is received back in the warehouse.
If you are returning a product that was ordered in error and you have not opened the packaging, we will accept the product back without a restock fee with your order of replacement product. However, if a replacement product is not ordered, a 20% restock fee is incurred. Customer to pay all shipping charges.
